Coolcare Monitoring is a telemetry and diagnostics system that provides farmers and their Coolcare dealers with real-time alerts and remote access to monitor and repair their Coolsense milk chilling units. This service allows for the early detection of faults, ensuring they are addressed before escalating into major issues.
We offer two monitoring packages—Basic and Pro (details below)—both of which provide two way communication to your milk chilling unit and the pro service including a yearly service as well as detailed reports on system performance, milk temperature, milk tank temperature, hot water generation, return on investment, and much more.
All Coolsense units are equipped with 60 sensors that are linked to our 24/7 web based system. If an issue arises, an alert is sent to your local Coolcare dealer and (if on our pro subscription) to you.
Depending on the nature of the issue, the local Coolcare dealer may be able to fix the problem remotely, or a technician may be dispatched to the farm to resolve the issue in person. This ensures that your chilling system consistently performs to the required standard, ensuring top-quality milk chilling, everyday, hassle free.
