Our unique solution
Instead of cooling milk with gas, Coolcare uses liquid glycol.
This solution allows our systems to enhance milk chilling efficiency, reduce CO2 emissions, generate free hot water, and does not use any of the harmful gases being phased out.
Unlike traditional methods that rely on an inefficient vat, our solution utilises snap cooling through a plate cooler to handle the majority of the cooling. This significantly reduces the gas required, and the gas we do use has a very low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
How it works
What's involved?
The machine
We offer a range of machine sizes. The selection will be based on a thorough survey of your farm. We’ll choose a machine that is tailored to meet your farm’s specific needs.
The install
We will conduct a farm survey to determine the pipework and installation components specific to your farm required to get your chiller operational. This will be tailored to your specific farm needs and installed by your local dealer. Once the installation is complete, we will deliver and activate the chiller.
The post install support and monitoring
Coolcare offers a state-of-the-art system that provides 24/7 telementary and diagnostics. This system is remotely monitored, allowing us to adjust the machine’s performance, giving you piece of mind that your chilling system is operating as optimally as possible and reduces any downtime.
